Rhinoplasty in Asian patients is a challenge, because many concepts are usually totally inverse to those used in the West. Therefore, the surgery seeks to increase the height of the back, project the nasal tip more and narrow the base. Achieving all these objectives is not easy, since the existing tissue must be rearranged and new tissue provided in the form of grafts to achieve a good aesthetic and functional result.
