Rhinoplasty in Asian patients is a challenge, because many concepts are usually totally reversed to employees in the West. In this way, the surgery seeks to give greater height to the back, project more the nasal tip and narrow the base. Achieving all these objectives is not easy, given that we must rearrange the existing fabric and provide new tissue in the form of grafts to achieve a good aesthetic and functional result.
