El Dr. Alejandro Ramírez es Médico Cirujano egresado con Distinción Máxima de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Especializado en Cirugía General y con subespecialidad en Cirugía Plástica y Reconstructiva en la misma casa de estudios.
Entre los perfeccionamiento que ha desarrollado, cuenta un Clerkship en Cirugía en el Massachusetts General Hospital, en Boston, MA, USA, hospital afiliado a la Universidad de Harvard, durante el 2007.
Durante un año, entre el 2011 y 2012, realizó un Fellowship en Microcirugía en Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan, considerado “la Meca” de la Microcirugía Reconstructiva en el mundo. Estuvo bajo la supervisión directa del reconocido Dr. Fu Chan Wei, premiado como uno de los 20 Cirujanos Plásticos más importantes de la historia.
En noviembre del 2014 tuvo la oportunidad de realizar Observership en Cirugía Estética, con el famoso Dr. Sherrel Aston, experto en cirugía estética facial y corporal, en Manhattan, New York, USA. Durante su estadía aprendió conceptos y detalles invaluables en Cirugía Plástica Estética.
En Mayo del 2015 desarrolló un Preceptorship en Cirugía de Reanimacion Facial junto al experto mundial Dr. Akihiko Takushima, en la Universidad de Kyorin, Tokyo, Japón. Durante este entrenamiento, logró un gran avance en sus conocimientos en cirugía para la parálisis facial y técnicas de cirugía plástica mínimamente invasivas, aplicables tanto a la cirugía estética como a la cirugía reconstructiva. Durante el mismo periodo, en el hospital de la Universidad de Tokyo de la mano del Dr. Isao Koshima, perfeccionó conocimientos en supermicrocirugía y cirugía del linfedema.
El 2016 realizó Fellowship en Cirugia Craneofacial en Chang Gung Craniofacial Center en Taipei, uno de los mejores centros del mundo, con énfasis en Cirugía Estetica y Reconstructiva Facial. Para luego realizar observership junto al Dr. Guyuron en Cleveland, en cirugía facial y de la Migraña.
Su entrenamiento, en resumen, el Dr. Alejandro Ramírez es Cirujano Plástico y Reconstructivo miembro de la Sociedad Chilena de Cirugía Plástica. In November 2014 he had the opportunity to perform Observership in Aesthetic Surgery, with the famous Dr. Sherrel Aston, an expert in facial and body aesthetic surgery, in Manhattan, New York, USA. During his stay he learned invaluable concepts and details in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
In May 2015 he developed a Preceptorship in Facial Reanimation Surgery together with the world expert Dr. Akihiko Takushima, at Kyorin University, Tokyo, Japan. During this training, he achieved a breakthrough in his knowledge in surgery for facial paralysis and minimally invasive plastic surgery techniques, applicable to both cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery.
